We went to use pool/ hot tub the toilet was plugged we left tried to use restroom down the hall I stepped in poop. Everytime you’d go to front desk never was a worker to be seen always a sign stepped away or buzz bell for help. Our room smelled musty the tub facet was leaking. I’m the pool area around the windows were rusted and through the metal a lot of updates are needed.

Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am.
I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually.
And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad.
This is a really bad experience.

"The photos were deceiving in terms of cleanliness and how poorly maintained much of the hotel was. It was older and not well maintained, the rooms had no AC and the cold air was barely working. The pool area was old and not well maintained or very clean. Room were also mediocre in terms of cleanliness ..."
